1. Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale: Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned.
Custom Orders: Items that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for return.
3. How to Return
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@temeculacandleco.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning your item.
Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package and send it to the address provided in the return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved. Please note that the time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund may vary.

Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
